What payment methods to you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Alternatively, we also accept PayPal which allows you to pay through your bank account or any major credit or debit card. All payments are processed safely and securely.

When is my order arriving?

The majority of in-stock orders are shipped out within 24 hours. After you place your order with us, you will receive a confirmation email and once we ship your order you will receive a shipping notice. On your shipping notice you will receive your tracking number and shipping provider information, you will be able to track your order through the provider's website and see exactly when it will arrive to you.

How to make a return or exchange?

If you are not completely satisfied with your jewelry for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange or a full refund. Return items must be in new, unworn condition and must be made within 14 days of the original arrival date. Shipping and handling fees cannot be refunded. Exchanges are subject to a $4.99 processing fee ($6.95 for international) to cover additional shipping and handling incurred. Exchanges and refunds are generally processed within 7 days of the package arriving back to us.
1. Please package your item securely. Refunds cannot be made on items damaged during transit. You may use your own materials or materials commonly found at post offices and shipping center stores.
2. Print our simple return form and fill it out completely. Missing information may delay your return process.


 3. Please ship with the carrier of your choice and save the tracking number for your records. We will not be able to process returns that are lost in transit.

How do I care for Niloimpex products?

Niloimpex products are plated with gold, silver, platinum, or rhodium plating. Our sterling silver jewelry is made out of genuine sterling silver, but finished in rhodium just like white gold jewelry. Because of this, all of our jewelry is considered plated and care should be taken in order to preserve the finish. Our jewelry can be worn every day, but you should avoid water and sweat whenever possible. In rare cases, early fading can occur if you have higher than average acidity in your skin oils. The jewelry and stones can be cleaned with warm water mixed with a bit of window cleaner, while brushed with a soft, baby's toothbrush. Do not use chemical jewelry cleaners unless it specifically says it is for fashion jewelry. With a bit of care and cleaning, the jewelry provides years of enjoyment.
