Standard Shipping is $4.99 per order in the U.S. For purposes of calculating the Standard Shipping fee, orders exclude any taxes, shipping & handling, gift-wrap fees and service charges. Available delivery speed depends on whether the product is in-stock at our warehouse or shipped from a manufacturer. Delivery upgrades are available for many locations for most items.

**Note that we do not ship on Saturday or Sunday and therefore orders received after 4:15 PM CT on Friday may take 1-2 days longer to arrive. Overnight orders placed by 4:15 PM CT on weekdays will arrive the next business day.

 

Restrictions, Undeliverable Packages & Credit Card Charges

Shipping Restrictions

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, and U.S. protectorates and territories (American Samoa, Guam, Mariana Islands, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Palau, and U.S. Virgin Islands) will generally arrive within 3-7 business days of the ship date. No Deliveries to APO or FPO addresses.

In the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the control of Niloimpex, packages will be delivered as fast as possible, but may take longer than the estimates above.

Niloimpex reserves the right to discontinue any shipping promotion at its discretion.

Undeliverable Packages

When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to Niloimpex, a full refund is issued for the items less the shipping fee. We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order if the product is still available for purchase.

The U.S. Postal Service does not deliver to some addresses. If you have a PO Box address, it's best to use that for your orders. All orders with "PO Box" in the address are automatically shipped via U.S. Mail.

Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package before it is deemed undeliverable. For your protection, packages that contain more than $500 in merchandise will always require a signature.

International Shipping

We offer standard shipping for a $5.99 flat rate per shipment, priority international shipping for a $29.99 flat rate per shipment, and expedited international shipping to selected countries at a $16.99 flat rate per shipment. Certain large items may incur extra delivery charges. International shipping rates do not include import taxes, customs duties and fees. Available products and fees may vary depending on the delivery address for your order. Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility.

Limitations on Imports

For products shipped internationally, please note that any manufacturer warranty may not be valid; manufacturer service options may not be available; product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements. You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from Niloimpex, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

Privacy & Security

Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Also, we may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as titles, to our international carriers, and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws. If the order is a gift, the package is marked "Gift," but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form. Customs authorities require the value of the gift item to be stated directly on the package.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

International Returns

If you return a product to us, you will be the exporter from the destination country. Title and risk of loss transfer to us upon receipt.

Using a Freight Forwarder

Using a freight forwarder to ship items internationally may result in complications not covered by Niloimpex. If a freight forwarder is used, the following terms will apply:

Niloimpex will not be responsible for damage or loss that occurs to goods after they are delivered to the freight forwarder. This means that Niloimpex is not able to provide a replacement of, or refund for, any goods delivered to a freight forwarder. You should instruct freight forwarders to refuse goods that arrive damaged, and goods lost after being received by the freight forwarder will be your responsibility.

You (or the freight forwarder if you so designate) become the exporter of the goods and are solely responsible for compliance with all export and import regulations, including all U.S. export regulations and the import regulations of the destination country. Niloimpex must not be listed on any export or import documentation (e.g., import or export declarations, invoices, packing lists, etc.).

Niloimpex products that are exported by you through a freight forwarder may be returned to Niloimpex, provided that you are responsible for all the costs associated with returning the goods to the U.S. In addition, you become the exporter and importer of record of the shipment; title and risk of loss transfer to Niloimpex upon receipt of the goods at Niloimpex's fulfillment center.

Return Shipping Fees & Policies

We strive to provide you with an experience that makes you feel confident in your purchase and use of our products and services. We hope your selection brings you many years of enjoyment.

A $4.99 return shipping fee for U.S. orders will be deducted from the amount of your refund. If you send multiple items in your return, the return shipping fee is $4.99. If you’re sending us returns from two different orders, you’ll be charged for each return. If the reason for return is the result of a Niloimpex error, you will not be charged. You must start the return process within 14 days of receiving your item(s).

U.S. Returns: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, Niloimpex offers a 14 day return window within the U.S. for returnable items, in exchange for a refund to the credit card or debit card originally used for payment. You must start the return process within 14 days of receiving your item(s).

International Returns: Send the original item (if it is eligible for return) back to us via an economical method and, if the return was the result of our error, we'll reimburse you a portion of the return shipping cost once we receive the returned item. Customers seeking reimbursement for international return shipping must provide a copy of the return shipping receipt that clearly indicates return shipping cost in USD from the carrier along with the return in order to process the return shipping reimbursement request. If the return was not the result of our error, all return shipping costs, duties and taxes will be your responsibility.

Returnable Items: For an item to be eligible for return, the following must apply:

1. The item must have been marked as returnable on our site at the time of purchase. Items marked as non-returnable may not be returned at any time.

2. You must start the return process within 14 days of receiving your item(s).

3. Items must be returned in their original packaging.

4. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Watches must be in original condition (unworn and unaltered) and accompanied by the original packaging, instructions, and warranty documents

5.If you are returning multiple items from a single order, you may return them together in a single package. If you are returning items from different orders, please package them separately, and include the correct return documentation in each package.

Large Items: Certain large items may be shipped via a non-standard carrier and require special handling for returns. These items may also be subject to additional return shipping charges. Please contact customer service directly for assistance.

Refund Method

The product detail page will indicate if an item is eligible for returns. If you return an eligible item, you can receive a refund to the credit card/debit card you used for payment

Refunds will take approximately 14 business days from the date you mail your return to reflect on your original form of payment. After 14 days, you should expect to see the full amount of the refund, minus the return shipping charge where applicable, to your credit card, debit card or gift card credit. We will notify you once the refund has been applied.

Custom designed merchandise, class rings, special ordered watches and items engraved with personalized information cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please ship your merchandise pre-paid and insured for the full purchase price to the address indicated on your packing slip.

Exchanges

Eligible items must meet the following criteria:

  • Not previously exchanged
  • Different size, color or style than the item being returned
  • Shipped in the U.S.
  • Purchased without promotional certificates and not sent as a gift
